That’s me, listening to the sound of the universe, or maybe it was my intergalactic handler…

Nothing stirs budding writer, Belinda Crawford, more than a fast horse, a blazingly fast computer or a really good book.

A Melbourne-based IT graduate, she has expanded her passion for reading, and penchant for science fiction and fantasy, to creative writing, and in 2012 had her first short story, Lex Talionis, published in Andromeda Spaceways Inflight Magazine.

Somewhere between work, karate training and wrestling her keyboard away from a feline named Faust, Belinda has found the time to write Hero, her first full-length novel.

Early this year, Belinda won one of twelves places in the Australian Society of Authors’ annual mentorship program, and is currently working with her mentor, Julia Stiles, to make Hero the best it can be.
